Had a pleasant support experience with #HP today. 22 minutes total, case resolved perfectly (will get a replacement screen this week).
However, they installed an AI gatekeeper at the start of their support phone line, which made me yell at it after just 30 seconds. Ultimately, the AI complained about my language, so I told it to fuck off, reasoning that it has no feelings and therefore can't be insulted or hurt. I had to repeat nine times that I wanted to speak to a real, living person.
