@frameacloud It's an idea that people have started groups with in their own areas. There doesn't seem to be an overarching body right now, so for us it's just a group of us agreeing that we're going to do this and we're going to be Queer Scouts. There are places you can order badges from. A lot of Boy Scout and Girl Scout material is either free online or can be purchased, if you want to lean heavily on those. Or a group has the chance to take the label and run with it based on who they are and what they're interested in. Right now we're defining as "a queer build-your-own scouting adventure." Who can stop us? #QueerScouts

The March went pretty well! I liked what the speakers said pretty well and found it accurate. I popped into my favorite comic book store and got a new graphic novel, so here's hoping I'll like that! Queer Scouts went well! We decided that we mostly want to be an adventuring skill-sharing group that queers things up and engages in our community in an out and loud, but fun, way. I think it'll be a good thing for me. I think I'll probably go to a free showing of Thor: Ragnarok tonight! #QueerScouts

It looks like I'm probably going to the local March For Our Lives today with the UU Young Adult Group and then we're going to do our first Queer Scouts meeting today and start to put together an idea of what we all want it to be!
