I really harmed my back on Friday. I don’t think it was me digging the garden, I think it was having to lug the bales of lucerne from where the produce store delivered them, to closer to the #alpacas & #sheep.
I’ve been stuck in bed, in pain ever since.
This morning I decided that I’d have to take my best painkiller- #Dilaudid.
