The National Procurement Commission, led by Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, has approved 17 projects worth more than one billion Afghanis and revised 14 others.
These projects include the construction of a dormitory for the University of Panjshir, the construction of a medical faculty building in Badakhshan, the completion of the first and second phases of the road between Kunar and Nuristan, the construction of general hospitals in Gizab, Ghazni, Faryab port, and the Spīn Ghar district of Nangarhar, as well as electricity supply and distribution projects in various provinces.

The Ministry of Commandment and Prevention, Hearing of Prohibitions and Complaints, announced that investigators in Balkh and Ghazni provinces have arrested two coders who were inciting discord and animosity among people.
According to a statement from the ministry, these coders, who were operating covertly and professionally, collecting money from people in Ghazni’s Andar district and in the center of Balkh, by offering amulets and spells, were arrested by local investigators and their cases have been referred to judicial authorities.
It is worth noting that the Commandment and Prevention investigators have continued their efforts throughout the country to prevent un-Islamic practices and harmful customs, which have been met with widespread support from the people.
