During the first two quarters of 1447 AH (Hijri calendar), the courts of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan processed more than (133,640) legal and criminal cases, and executed approximately (86,356) various documents.
During the same period, in accordance with court rulings, disciplinary punishments were implemented on approximately (662) criminals and defendants in 27 provinces of the country [Nangarhar, Balkh, Kabul, Jawzjan, Samangan, Helmand, Ghazni, Paktia, Faryab, Khost, Maidan Wardak, Sar-e Pol, Paktika, Takhar, Badakhshan, Kapisa, Bamyan, Kunar, Ghor, Laghman, Zabul, Parwan, Logar, Farah, Baghlan, Daikundi, and Kunduz].
The Supreme Court of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is fully committed to the implementation and application of Islamic Sharia law.
د افغانستان اسلامي امارت محاکمو د ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق کال د لومړیو دوو ربعو په جریان کې څه باندې (۱۳۳۶۴۰) حقوقي او جزائي دوسیو ته پر رسېدنې سربېره، شاوخوا (۸۶۳۵۶) بېلا بېلې وثیقې هم اجرا کړي دي.
دغه راز په یاده موده کې د محاکمو په حکم د ملک په ۲۷ ولایتونو [ننګرهار، بلخ، کابل، جوزجان، سمنګان، هلمند، غزني، پکتیا، فاریاب، خوست، میدان وردګ، سرپل، پکتیکا، تخار، بدخشان، ، کاپیسا، بامیان، کونړ، غور، لغمان، زابل، پروان، لوګر، فراه، بغلان، دایکنډي او کندوز] کې پر شاوخوا (۶۶۲) مجرمینو او متهمینو د تعزیري سزا حکمونه تطبیق شوي دي.
د افغانستان اسلامي امارت ستره محکمه د اسلامي شریعت تنفیذ او تطبیق ته په پوره معنی ژمنه ده.
