What makes me pretty angry tho is a stupid misrepresentation of #Engels. What, one of the originators of the Communist Manifesto, author of Condition of the Working Class in England, student of LH Morgan, has romantic, noble savage ideas?! Puh--l-lease! As soon as he talks about the Iroquois, or 'jealousy of the male' among primates, Engels homed in on gender conflict. Just as he knew class struggle was the engine of history, he apprehended #gender conflict was critical to our evolution. Genius!
