I confess to being stumped when it comes to picking just one thing to share from this story in Salon about the latest anti-feminist summit hosted by TPUSA.
These people hate themselves nearly as much as they hate the rest of us, fam. It’s sad. Really, I feel for these women who are so deep into the toxic bullshit of Christian patriarchy that they can only see themselves as servants and baby mills and can only hate other women who don’t submit to that version of slavery.
Too many versions of Christianity being practiced in the USA are simply religious cover for ignorance and bigotry, but the flavor TPUSA is selling is particularly poisonous. I hope the girls and young women they’re trying to reach don’t drink the Kool-Aid.
