@Npars01 @augieray Thanks for the documentation!! I know that many find the claim "Death is the goal" incredible, but without understanding that, it’s impossible to gain any genuine overall understanding of the thinking and behavior of #plutocrats.

I wish more people would read "Eichmann in Jerusalem" by Hannah #Arendt. Toward the end of that book, she points out that the need to use the labor of the German working class required the Nazis to limit their #Holocaust to particular groups (Jews, Romani, Slavs, homosexuals, etc.) — and she speculates that in the future, automation might render mass labor unnecessary, and open the possibility of a Holocaust of the vast majority of the human species, regardless of ethnicity. Today's #oligarchs think we're there already, or very soon will be.

In a way, emphasizing the racism of the #plutocracy misses the point, and reinforces the false sense of invulnerability that the Right's white mass base feels. They are seriously kidding themselves if they think their white skin will save them from the fate their #plutocratic masters have in store for them.

Honstly the #Amazon/ #BlueOrigin vs #SpaceX thing probably probably cannot be overestimated in this: The current #FCC is completely ignorant to consumer needs like “working space infrastructure” (much more than previous incarnations), but when it’s Mega-Corp vs Mega-Corp is always when regulatory agencies really start acting. NGOs and civil society are often dismissed in the name of “the economy”, but when it’s the “the economy” against itself regulatory agencies have to start mediating or both sides will fail. Even in this political climate. Even with the #plutocracy. And they’re both close to the regime, so the FCC cannot just take sides it has to intervene here.

I expect great things from this.
