Today's #Workout
Strength: 10 min EMOM clean and jerk @ 30kg

- 10 sit ups
- 4 deadlifts (60 kg)

I got more done in less time than all the people in that gym 😅
But also, I felt sort of stared at. I think it was the first time any of them saw a C&J. Or a woman deadlift in the "functional fitness" area.

By the Gods of all that is unholy do I need to work on my front and overhead squats. The same weight (50kg) that I easily powerclean and without much worry jerk I barely get out of parallel with when I squat clean.
And the overhead squat I don't even get down to parallel with an empty bar before balance becomes an issue.
