For two nights I drank beef #bouillon or chicken stock an hour before bed then slept throughout the night. Normally my bladder's promptings interrupt my sleep. From the replicated effect of uninterrupted sleep, I theorize a #potassiumDeficiency is corrected.

I'm going to prepare some potassium broth to be imbibed throughout the week. Should be good for the #adrenals.

Dort gibt es neben einer ziemlich imposanten Burg, oben auf dem Hügel gelegen, auch noch den Fluss Semois. Im Sommer kann man dort mit dem Kajak oder Sportboot fahren. Und Tiere gibt es im Parc animalier, dem Zoo von Bouillon. Dieses Foto entstand im Januar, recht früh morgens. Mit dem mythischen Nebel sieht es echt gut aus oder was meinst du?

You should be able to get three courses with wine and coffee for about 20€ - if it's true to the original idea and not some horrific boutique chic nightmare.

Risotto met Spinazie en Kip

Eigenlijk had er nog een ui erbij gemoeten, maar die had ik niet meer in huis. Voor de vakantie hadden we het netje uien opgemaakt en na de vakantie niet gecontroleerd of we nog uien hadden. Zonder ui gaat het ook prima.
