Restaurant : « Pink Koï » (Paris 1) – Restaurant japonais original !

Tout près de la Bourse du commerce - Pinault Collection, "Pink Koï" fait dans la cuisine japonaise modernisée de façon originale. Pour commencer, la formule : un forfait permettant de commander 6 fois 4 portions de mets dans un temps limité de 2 heures. Comme c'est quand même assez copieux, il faut avoir un bon estomac pour aller au bout. Les plats ensuite : les spécialités sont excellentes, avec de très beaux cocktails de saveurs et des influences pas toujours très nipponnes. Les sashimis sont délicieux, et les makis un peu déroutants... Nous n'avons pas essayé les plats chauds. Le saké que nous avons goûté était excellent. La tablette ensuite : elle sert à passer les commandes en toute autonomie, mais il faut un temps d'adaptation. Le système n'est pas exempt de bug : nous avons ainsi vu arriver sur notre tablette, et sur notre table, des plats que nous n'avions pas commandés.
