projects. The Commission received 277 project applications requesting $2.5 billion in funds for the 2025 program cycle – about 15 times the $168.7 million that is available.” The #Salinas application received a perfect score.

Among many #Bicycling #Monterey projects that most people are unaware of is 1st example under Project #4, BICYCLING #EQUITY (scroll down our Summary of Projects page: https://bikemonterey.org/about/financial-donations/donations-some-ways-your-money-can-help).

Last week another #teen phoned us to make use of that project; today another teen called in same situation. We're glad to help. We salute these teens for not wasting their (or their family's) money on a #TrafficFine. Instead these #youth are "making lemonade out of lemons."

When #LawEnforcement officers deem a #citation appropriate, we appreciate #judges who offer an alternative to a #fine—such as the one we provide (see Project #4).
