خانواده‌های #بی‌جاشده_داخلی؛ به منظور ارائه کمک عاجل، روند سروی ادامه دارد

بر اساس حکم رياست الوزراء و در پرتو #اصول_بشردوستانه_هلال‌احمر_افغانی و هدایت محترم شیخ‌الحدیث شهاب‌الدین دلاور، رئیس عمومی، روند سروی خانواده‌های بی‌جاشده به دلیل جنگ در زون جنوب شرق آغاز شده است.

بر اساس این سروی، خانواده‌هایی که به علت جنگ در ولایات #پکتیا، #خوست و #پکتیکا از خانه‌های خود آواره شده‌اند، به‌صورت دقیق و شفاف ثبت خواهند شد.

یک هیئت عالی‌رتبه برای بررسی نیازها و شنیدن مشکلات خانواده‌های بی‌جاشده داخلی در این #سروی مشارکت دارد که شامل مشاورین مقام، نمایندگان ریاست‌های ولایتی حوادث و مجامع ولایتی، کارکنان مربوطه و رضاکاران می‌شود.

قرار است این سروی با #شفافیت کامل، عدالت و دقت انجام شود تا خانواده‌های مستحق به درستی شناسایی شده و کمک‌های لازم به آن‌ها ارائه شود.

قابل ذکر است که بسیاری از خانواده‌های بی‌جاشده داخلی هنوز با #کمبود جدی سرپناه، غذا و نیازهای اولیه مواجه هستند و امیدوارند که این سروی گامی عملی برای حل مشکلات آنان باشد.

#Survey Underway to Provide Emergency Support to #Internally_Displaced Families

Under the directive of the Prime Minister and in line with the #humanitarian_principles of the #ARCS, the survey for families displaced by the conflict has been launched in the southeastern region under the guidance of Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, the General President of the ARCS.

The survey aims to accurately and #transparently register families displaced by conflict in the provinces of #Paktia, #Khost, and #Paktika.

A high-level delegation has been assigned to #assess the needs and hear the concerns of internally displaced families. The delegation includes ARCS advisors, representatives from Disaster Management and Provincial Assemblies departments, relevant staff, and #volunteers.

The survey will be conducted with full transparency, fairness, and accuracy to ensure that #eligible families are properly identified and receive the necessary assistance.

It is worth noting that many internally displaced families continue to face severe #shortages of shelter, food, and other basic necessities. They hope this survey will serve as a practical step toward addressing their challenges.

#ARCS General President Evaluates Western Zone #Marastoon and Mental Health Center

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, visited the Marastoon and #Mental_Health Care and Treatment Center in the Western Zone, #Herat Province.

During the visit, he assessed the needs of #vulnerable and female-headed families residing at the Marastoon and reviewed the quality of healthcare services for mental health patients, as well as the recreational facilities, kitchen, and living areas.

Mr. Delawar urged the center’s staff to ensure proper patient care, maintain good conduct, and keep the environment clean. He praised the ongoing services being provided to the #patients.

He stated, “The ARCS will take necessary steps to expand treatment and comprehensive services to improve care for mental health patients and will strive to provide them with additional facilities.”

Such on-site visits and #assessments by the General President of the ARCS play a vital role in understanding the actual state of services and enhancing their #quality.

کارمندان صحی #هلال‌احمر_افغانی طی ۳۰ روز گذشته، در ولسوالی‌ها و قریه‌های مختلف ولایت پکتیا به ۱۲۷۲ #بیمار خدمات صحی مانند: توزیع ادویه، پانسمان زخم‌ها، تطبیق واکسین‌ها، رسیدگی به سوءتغذیه، ارائهٔ مشوره‌های ضروری صحی قبل و بعد از ولادت و تنظیم پلان خانواده ارائه کرده‌اند.

همچنان در بخش ارائهٔ مشوره‌های لازم صحی به ۱۵۵۴ بیمار خدمات ارائه کرده‌اند.

#Medical_staff of the #ARCS have provided health services to thousands of patients across various districts and villages of Paktia Province over the past 30 days. During this period, 1,272 #patients received medical checkups, medications, wound care, vaccinations, malnutrition assessments, as well as essential health consultations related to prenatal and postnatal care and family planning. In addition, 1,554 patients were provided with vital medical consultations.

The #aid was provided to meet the families’ basic needs and as part of #humanitarian_assistance, with each family receiving 10,500 Afghanis.

#Farah: New #ARCS Building Inaugurated at a Cost of Nearly 19.3 Million Afghanis

The new #administrative_building of the ARCS provincial branch was officially inaugurated during a ceremony in Farah Province.

The ceremony was attended by Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS; Mullah Mohammad Hafiz Mujahid, Governor of Farah Province; directors of the western zone and related branches; as well as a number of other provincial officials.

In his remarks, Mr. Delawar stated, “This building is #public_property (Bait al-Mal), and its protection and proper use require serious attention.” He added that the #purpose of constructing this building is not merely to meet administrative needs, but also to play an important role in improving the quality of services for #vulnerable people and in ensuring the swift and effective delivery of #humanitarian_assistance.

The Governor of Farah Province expressed his appreciation to the leadership of the ARCS and emphasized that greater attention should be given to the people of this province, and that the level of assistance should be expanded.

It is worth noting that the four-story building was completed within 10 months, with a total #cost of 19,266,089 Afghanis.

The purpose of #inaugurating this building is to provide organized and effective humanitarian services to people and ensure that aid reaches them properly.

The sessions covered topics including education, personal and environmental hygiene, first aid, and self-protection in the event of disasters.
