محترم حافظ عزیزالرحمن، معاون هلال‌احمر افغانی، از مرستون زون جنوب‌شرق در ولایت پکتیا، مرکز نگهداری و تداوی #بیماران_روانی و همچنان از ملکیت‌های این اداره دیدن نمود.

معاون هلال‌احمر افغانی، #نیازمندی‌های خانواده‌های نیازمند و بی‌سرپرست مقیم این مرستون را ارزیابی نموده و همچنان کیفیت خدمات صحی ارائه‌شده به بیماران روانی، آشپزخانه و محل‌های بودوباش آنان بررسی نمود. وی بر رفتار نیک، برخورد مناسب با بیماران و رعایت نظافت #تأکید جدی کرده، خدمات کارکنان را مورد تقدیر قرار داد.

همچنان، وی وضعیت ملکیت‌های هلال‌احمر افغانی را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده و به مسئولین #هدایت داد تا از این دارایی‌ها به‌گونه منظم و مؤثر استفاده نمایند، تا عواید این نهاد افزایش یابد.

#Paktia: ARCS Vice President Visits the Organization’s Marastoon, #Mental_Health_Center, and Properties

Hafiz Azizur Rahman, Vice President of the #ARCS, visited the Marastoon, the mental health care and treatment center, and the organization’s properties in the southeastern zone of Paktia Province.

Mr. Azizur Rahman assessed the needs of the #vulnerable and female-headed families residing in the Marastoon and also reviewed the quality of #health_services provided to mental health patients, as well as the kitchen and residential facilities.

He strongly emphasized to the officials the importance of good treatment of patients, maintaining respectful behavior, and ensuring cleanliness, and he also appreciated their services.

He also #assessed the condition of the ARCS properties and instructed the officials to make proper and effective use of these #assets so as to increase the organization’s revenue.

Cash assistance was provided to a family affected in the Dasht-e-Barchi area of Kabul.

Saturday, Shawwal 17, 1447 (April 4, 2026)

Following last night’s earthquake, four people in the Dasht-e-Barchi area of Kabul fell into a well and lost their lives.

The Afghan Red Crescent Society provided 100,000 Afghanis in cash assistance to the family that lost three of its members in the incident.

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, offered condolences to the eldest son of the affected family, who was injured in the incident, and handed over the cash assistance.

It is noteworthy that the General President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society also dispatched a delegation to the Gosefandara area of Bagrami district in Kabul to participate in the burial ceremonies of eight earthquake victims, visit the injured child, assess the situation and needs of the families, and express their deep sympathy and condolences.

در پی #زلزله شب گذشته، چهار نفر در منطقه دشت برچی شهر کابل به داخل یک چاه سقوط کرده و جان خود را از دست دادند.

#هلال_احمر_افغانی به خانواده‌ای که سه عضو آن در این حادثه جان باخته بودند، مبلغ صد هزار (۱۰۰,۰۰۰) افغانی #کمک_نقدی نمود.

محترم شیخ الحدیث شهاب‌الدین دلاور، رئیس عمومی هلال احمر افغانی، هنگام تحویل این کمک نقدی، به پسر ارشد خانواده آسیب‌دیده که در این #حادثه زخمی شده بود، تسلیت گفته و کمک نقدی را به وی تحویل داد.

قابل ذکر است که رئیس عمومی هلال احمر افغانی هیأتی را نیز به منطقه #گوسفندره ولسوالی بگرامی ولایت کابل اعزام کرده تا در مراسم تدفین هشت تن از #جان‌باختگان زلزله شرکت کرده، از طفل زخمی خانواده عیادت نمایند، وضعیت و نیازهای خانواده‌ها را ارزیابی نمایند و مراتب #همدردی و تسلیت عمیق خود را با آنان ابراز بدارند.

The #ARCS provided 100,000 Afghanis in cash assistance to the family that #lost three of its members in the incident. During the handover, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of ARCS, expressed his #condolences to the elder son of the family, who was also injured in the #incident, and handed over the financial aid.

Additionally, Mr. Delawar sent a #delegation to the Gosefandara area of Bagrami district in Kabul to participate in the burial ceremonies of eight earthquake victims. The delegation also checked on the condition of the remaining injured child, #assessed the family’s needs and challenges, and extended sincere sympathy and condolences.
