Had a smashing day out at WWT Martin Mere today!

Highlights were the Inca tern (Larosterna Inca) and of course the otters.

I have so many new images to edit and share (and a suntan). Fair warning, there are lots of duck images from Martin Mere!

I'm off to another reserve in the morning, so hope to have even more images to wade through over the next few weeks.

Using my week off to visit nature reserves within driving distance.

I've not been out photographing for ages, and I've enjoyed the solitary woodland 'bathing' as much as photographing today. I've a few more images from today to share but it takes a while so I'll save them for later.

I'm off out again tomorrow to a different reserve, and hopefully the day after too. This means I'll have a bank of fresh images to share for a week or so.
