The Miners' Track at #GoldenHour on #MoelwynMawr.

Coming down the Miners' Track as the sun was setting is an experience I'll never forget... Mainly because it was the last leg of an arduous, stupid day which saw Aled and I get (somewhat) lost in the mountains of #Eryri (again - it's kind of our thing).
We had gone up Cnicht which is straightforward as can be and then thought it would be "fun" to traverse to Moelwyn Mawr but without any actual knowledge of the route. And so it was, on that windy day in March, that we made our way haphazardly through sodden, boggy fields for hours โ our boots soaked through and our feet freezing โ to finally and very gratefully find solid ground once again on the Miners' Track as the sun was going down.
But Lula and Maisie loved every minute of it.
