I come here seeking truth. Truth and cake. But mainly cake.

Before becoming a politician, one should complete a mandatory 1.5 years of social service, divided into three-month periods:

— in nursing care
— in a daycare center
— in a school
— in a medium-sized company
— in retail
— on a farm

All unpaid and voluntary, of course.

man oh man, i thought pi day would never end

It's not just sheep that like solar over farmland - solar panels provide farmworkers shelter from the sun and reduces fatigue:

'A recent study in Colorado USA found that farmworkers can also benefit. It spoke to workers and took various physical heat stress metrics, finding that the panels can help farms avoid conditions conducive to dangerous heat stress.'

Just so we’re 1000% clear: no state or local government should be giving financial incentives to build a data center. If anything, it should come with increased taxation—because wherever they go, they gobble up water and energy. They should be paying locals for the privilege of being tolerated.
You should really move away from Google Keep.

We could end homelessness and hunger tomorrow if we wanted to.

We could agree that everyone should be fed and housed.

We could admit that being disabled, poor, homeless or unemployed is not a moral failing.

That society would be better off if everyone’s basic needs were met.

Brilliant European women powered progress, but the credit did not always go to them.

Melitta Bentz invented the coffee filter. History called her a ‘housewife’.
Marthe Gautier found Down Syndrome’s extra chromosome. Her boss took the spotlight.
Maria Anna Mozart composed masterpieces. Wolfgang Amadeus’ name survived, hers vanished.
Janet Sobel pioneered drip painting. Jackson Pollock was the genius.

This International Women’s Day, let’s restore their stories and give the credit they deserve!
