The question is why we decided - I mean #Westerners; #Hungary was not part of the #Western community - to change the status of #Ukraine. For two decades, #Ukraine’s political status was that of a buffer zone country. Then we started to accept that it would like to join #NATO and the #European_Union.
The unspoken demand for #Muslims specifically to hold #comfortable positions for #Westerners about their countries before getting #trust and #friendship is part of why so many groups are not #safe enough for Muslims to fully participate in.
#SocialJustice & #leftist #orgs aren't exempt.
You do not get to allow your #white members to say "#Hamas is a threat" or "anyone who supports #Iran is a #terrorist", and then ask "why are we so white/western/non-Muslim?".
