Це той, який увесь цей час, був проти будь-якої зброї в громадян (правда і його попередники теж), бо "їх захищає поліція". Саботував всі законодавчі ініціативи з цього приводу, просував законодавчі заборони, "працював" з депутатами то сам, то через своїх лакеїв. Тепер він "За" цю зброю. Навіть не уявляємо, про що йдеться. Можливо про озброєння громадян дитячими пістолетами з пістонами, чи гострозаточеними виделками
