1. We believe in power of human mind, we believe in telepathy and other parapsychological practices. After the Revolution, human mind will be free and in a new society, when exploitation and inequality would become obsolete – people will transfer their thoughts directly to each other. Many other phenomena that considered to be supernatural will become natural… Until then parapsychological techniques are a peaceful, legal and elegant way to get an advantage in your struggle against cops, state agents, capitalists and the right.
2. We believe that there are 2 main obstacles are not letting people to use such phenomena as telepathy as they please – and such obstacles are the hierarchy of state and hierarchy of capital. Both of them would sustain a blow if anyone could influence anyone through telepathy. State is destroying through violence, denying through science and ridiculing through mass media, while capital is creating frauds, by encouraging greed and lust for fame and thus destroying the trust among the people in the power of their own mind.
3. Official science is an institute of our hierarchical and unequal society and thus politically biased. Most of the themes of research that are opposing status quo is just ignored or denied by it – same with telepathy and parapsychology. But it doesn’t mean that it is not existing at all.
4. We are always looking for different techniques that could prove useful after the revolution and during the current struggles. We are spreading them along our members freely.
5. We oppose any religious or commercial element in our techniques – all phenomena is your mind and nature only.
6. We are always experimenting, gathering knowledge about new parapsychological methods and sharing experience about it among each other.
7. We should be ready to join the anarchic Revolution in any country to earn respect among the people and therefore spread our methods among comrades through educational structures of a new society in case of victory.

Our brotherhood is an ideological successor of the first order of mystical anarchists – Order of light, founded in 1917 in Russia and brutally destroyed by Stalinist regime in 1937.In order to avoid the fate of our predecessor, which had worked openly – we instead believe in anonymity – use all instruments for maximum protection of your identity.
