However, they are at ground zero even today. They are trying to tackle it with traditional managerial concepts. They are using privacy invading methods and sit at the table methods. I request all the #software companies to invest in #research on this strategy which will better the environment with less clogged roads, lesser buildings and more space for #children to play. And ofcourse, the talent pool is the entire world. When the manufacturing industry has succesfully deployed remote manufacturing, software companies can also rethink. They should not listen to #traditionally trained #managers for whom personnel should be pooled at one place for them to survive. #wfh is a bigger threat to these managers than the pesonnel and the organization as a whole
