Lately I've been doing a bit of local trail running. In the past I would run the whole year on roads and then do only trails in events, but found a trail system around that's enjoyable. And last week I went up and down this 6 meters hill just to accumulate ascent :)

Laat het goed tot je doordringen" SGP, PVV en BBB hebben schijt aan de mensen in Gaza. Terwijl duizenden onschuldige burgers sterven, honger lijden en leven in angst, blijven deze partijen zwijgen, wegkijken of de andere kant op wijzen. Dat is geen politiek standpunt meer, dat is keiharde ondemocratische onmenselijkheid. Zijn ze tegen de democratische waarden van vrijheid, gelijkheid en scheiding der machten? Geen compassie, geen geweten, geen greintje fatsoen. Alleen kille onverschilligheid en moreel failliet gedrag. Wat een afschuwelijke types.
