I've been playing hours of Where Winds Meet recently (yeah, video is coming up  ). I play with Chinese audio and English subs. I like it a lot but I've noticed I have rather embarrassing problem. I can't remember the characters' Chinese names! I constantly mix them up.

Does it have something to do with that I don't speak Chinese? What do you guys think?

PECHINO (CINA) (XINHUA/ITALPRESS) – Diversi dipartimenti del governo cinese hanno pubblicato congiuntamente linee guida per promuovere uno sviluppo di alta qualità del settore dell'e-commerce, con l'obiettivo di rafforzarne il ruolo di sostegno all'economia reale, ha annunciato oggi il ministero del Commercio.Il documento delinea misure chiave per approfondire l'integrazione tra economia digitale ed economia reale, con particolare attenzione al sostegno alle piccole e medie imprese e alle aree rurali attraverso l'e-commerce, al rafforzamento della digitalizzazione industriale e alla promozione dell'innovazione tecnologica per migliorare la qualità dei consumi.Il testo sottolinea inoltre gli sforzi per ampliare un'apertura di alto livello attraverso lo sviluppo dell'e-commerce transfrontaliero e dell'iniziativa dell'e-commerce della Via della seta, promuovendo al tempo stesso un maggiore allineamento alle norme internazionali in settori come il commercio digitale.Per favorire un ecosistema di sviluppo sano, le linee guida esortano a chiarire le responsabilità delle piattaforme, rafforzare la regolamentazione e sostenere le imprese dell'e-commerce nella loro espansione globale nel rispetto delle normative pertinenti.Tra le misure di sostegno il miglioramento dei servizi finanziari e il rafforzamento della formazione di personale qualificato per il settore.Il ministero del Commercio si è inoltre impegnato a lavorare con i dipartimenti competenti per garantire un'attuazione efficace di queste linee guida.

China releases guidelines to promote high-quality e-commerce development.

BEIJING (CHINA) (XINHUA/ITALPRESS) – Several departments of the Chinese government have jointly issued guidelines to promote the high-quality development of the e-commerce sector, with the aim of strengthening its role in supporting the real economy, the Ministry of Commerce announced today. The document outlines key measures to deepen integration between the digital economy and the real economy, with particular attention to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and rural areas through e-commerce, strengthening industrial digitalization and promoting technological innovation to improve consumption quality. The text also highlights efforts to expand high-level opening through the development of cross-border e-commerce and the Silk Road e-commerce initiative, while simultaneously promoting greater alignment with international standards in sectors such as digital trade. To foster a healthy development ecosystem, the guidelines urge clarification of platform responsibilities, strengthened regulation and support for e-commerce businesses in their global expansion in accordance with relevant regulations. Among the support measures are improvements to financial services and strengthening training of qualified personnel for the sector.
