Back in 2016/2017 when I was starting the whole running thing I really wanted to be faster and go longer and longer distances. Now I just want to be able to go out for a run 3-4 times a week and just stay injury free.
I did sign up for a half in October so I can have some sort of goal, but finishing it will be the main win, not looking for a specific pace or time. #running #runninggoals
