Today’s scheduled half marathon training session was a 5 minute warm up followed 3k zone 2 then some short sprints, 6x160m zone 5 with 480m floats zone 2. Even though I was near maximal, had no issues with breathing which is a bonus. Just 10 more runs before my first half and feeling good #running #halfmarathontraining #coros #runnersofmastodon
