I passed on #Riven for now, but I picked #Firmament and #Obduction instead (these games are now old enough for my laptop).
Firmament has that definite style of late #MYST (IV-V) - deserted worlds, huge machines, some background apocalypse story, and a bit cheap-looking because of reuse of some generated textures, but nevertheless epic.
Obduction is sort of more realistic, most of the game happens in the Earth-like part of the world. But then it has some mind-bending transportation mechanics.
The #Cyan #HumbleBundle is out today featuring the entire #Myst series and Myst remakes (including OG #Riven but not the new remake), #Obduction, #Firmament, and classic children's games for $20 minimum.

I have most of these already but I think I will pick this one up as I don't have Firmament or Myst 2021 for PC, and it's cheaper than either of those individually at full retail!
Magnetic evidence indicates that the dangerous Seattle fault zone may have originated from the continent's edge splitting in half over 50 million years ago, offering a potential new explanation for the fault's formation. The Seattle fault zone consists of a series of shallow faults cutting across
We've recently been playing #Obduction, gosh what an exercise in mind numbing repetitive tedium some of the puzzles are. It's basically a massive walking simulator with just a bit of mystery thrown in. I suspect we may park it for #BG3 and never return.
Finished playing #Firmament by @cyanworlds tonight. Pretty good. I didn't enjoy it as much as #Obduction for various reasons, but as always I recommend it for people who like MYST-type games. It does have gorgeous graphics, as always.
Might do a blog post about it, as I have a few specific thoughts.
