I made this multigrain sourdough loaf for a friend who has never tried my bread. I also made a second loaf, and I must say, it's delicious. It has yecora rojo, einkorn, and danko rye berries from a local supplier in Austin, all of which I milled myself. This is my best, most reliable recipe so far.
