Bizarre. Doctor recommended a fiber supplement and named Metamucil (psyllium husk) as a go-to brand. Tonight, had my first glass of standard dose, two rounded teaspoons. 15 mins after downing the glass, I got a killer migraine in the back of my skull unlike any headache I've experienced before. Internet searches aren't bringing anything up. After three Aspirin, the headache is completely gone. Wild. No other symptoms, but not sure I want to risk taking that again...
