Quick tip, if your armpits are smelling bad and you can't or won't shower at the moment, rub some hand sanitizer on them. It'll kill the odor causing bacteria and eliminate much of the odor.

A toilet with a sink and a soap dispenser but no soap. At a hospital. 🤦‍♂️

Nurses, and medical staff hierarchically below them, use said toilets and go on to care for patients. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Don't know what the doctors do. May be they have separate doctor-worthy toilets which include soap. Or perhaps they don't need to use toilets because they are gods? 🤷‍♂️
