"Fair" won't last long. Cloudy today, chance of rain...which leads into rain the rest of the week.
It's feeling a bit colder these days. It's a damp cold that really settles in. Honestly, the "dry" cold up in the Interior felt easier to me, even at much lower temps. YMMV
