What is definitely clear is that, as expected, I was not eating enough food.

I do have to fight the inner demons that are like "wooo look how many calories are left over, we'll lose weight so much faster if we eat less!" I know they're lying hos.

It helps a lot that I can already see how much better I feel eating 3 meals a day and fueling myself properly for the life I wanna live. And that's what I am mostly trying to focus on.

Had a good discussion with my therapist on Tuesday about how to approach this safely. It's not surprising that it's come up as it's part of my current work to hold two conflicting thoughts as true. (My body is wonderful and I love myself. AND. I would like to weigh less, for lots of reasons)

I am being really mindful about any hints of self-hate that crop up. But I really am in a good place right now.
