O...M...G! Y'all, this recipe is soooooo good. I only made 2 changes and they both worked: a hefty splash of white wine (I used NA cooking sherry) and chopped spinach (I didn't have enough peas). Also, the recipe recommends sprinkling more parm, do that!! I have been using their parm recipe for years, it's really good!

For when you get it, and Jennifer already as you have the book, give the 'oil free melty "cheddar"' a try (if you haven't already).
I make the rejuvelac with rye grains and freeze any extra measured into portions for future use.
I also make an adapted version of that with turmeric, and crushed peppercorns lining the bottom of the glass dish (so they're on the top when tipped out).
So delicious!
