My youngest, B made vegan croissants, had a few problems and didn’t expect much. They turned out so well, nice and airy too.
There’s a Pyrex with bits they gave up on, but even they look amazing. I’m trying to get them to top with cheesecake filling, and chocolate and nuts, or fruit syrup.
I think I’m asking too much for a vegan, gluten/nut/soya/nightshade/gfoats/gums free version 🤣
