I ran my HM #76 today at the #Woodinville Half! Chip time matched my watch: 1:44:20 (7:57/mi). Finished 58/554 overall, 45/216 men, 5/29 AG. Felt like I still had gas left at the end.

Course surprise: the gravel section on the #Eastrail wasn’t where the map suggested. I expected it around mile ~2, but they changed the ordering so it ran from mile 8 to 11.

Today’s run was ok, kept in right zones for majority, couple of times jeffing to make sure hr didn’t get too high although when a car went through a red as I was crossing a road it did spike. I survived the biggest week of the block, finishing with the last long #SundayLongRun at a faster than expected pace for 14 miles.

Completes the week with 53.29 miles (85.78km) run, including 13 miles (4x1.5 + 7) at half marathon pace and 3 runs of at least 11 miles. 2 weeks to go.

Managed to get out a little earlier than my usual mid morning start, hoping to avoid the excessive heat that was predicted, although 25 degrees C is pushing it.
