Tempo Tuesday working through the heart rate zones from 1-4 today. A tough but controlled effort and pace improving. Almost ran negative splits but had to stop at junction for some cars. Just one more week until Tatton Park 10k and a 60 minute progression run in the bag. 25 minutes easy, 25 minutes tempo and 5 minutes race pace. Spring is in the air but not in my steps.
