🇲🇽 ➡️ 🇺🇸 gibt's in #SanYsidro sogar extra Einreiseschalter die für Fahrräder ausgeschildert sind.
🇺🇸 ➡️ 🇲🇽 habe ich aber immer noch keine wirkliche Ahnung wie man die Teile da durch die Drehtüren bekommen soll.

Pamietacie moj maly, osobisty challenge, zeby sie w tym roku ruszac wiecej niz w zeszlym (ktory swoja droga juz byl calkiem niezly)?

No to... zakladalem, ze pobije zeszloroczny wynik o jakies 25 km... narazie zanosi sie na 75 km, a jak dobrze pojdzie to dobije do 100 😆

I tak, dzisiaj tez zrobilem troche kilometrow, prawie 7

New shoe day (Puma Electrify Nitro)! Presumably cheap (£39.99 instead of £109.99) because who buys white shoes? Don't expect them to stay looking like this for long.

A return to the railway path for a rescheduled tempo session: 7 miles at 1:36 half-marathon pace, with 2 miles warm up and 3 miles cool down. I wasn't sure I'd be able to get through given Friday's early 14 miles and yesterday's progressive 5k and long ride, but somehow got through it.

Finishes the week with 50.16 miles (80.74km) run, including 13 miles (2x3 + 7) at half marathon pace, and 3 runs of at least 10 miles. No weights session though, as the week was too busy with other things. 4 weeks to go.
