OMFG! FINALLY!
My first 5k since about October.
I really just felt like I needed to do it even if I won't be able to walk tomorrow. Finally getting some of my mojo back.
I enjoy running, I really do but I've got myself seriously caught up in a hiatus. How do you break an accidental running holiday?
Just had to do a little loop at the end to round up to 10km. Just had to obviously.
This is definitely therapy and fitness most of the time. Great run with some great folks.

Personal success thingy! I'm feeling mildly triumphant as I have just logged a sub-1hr 10k. I was hating myself at the start of this run obsessing over pace etc.
Eventually about 6k in I just was in it. Running.
It was only inside the last 2k I realised I might be expecting at decent sub-hour time!
1 year since couch to 5K
I have apparently become one of those people who run holiday (vacation). Anyway, this was lovely being accompanied by the sound of curlews and lapwings in the dusk. Too many cattle for my liking though.
This was the start of it all in March 2022 after realising my braincase was going a bit wrong. I have recently discovered that the braincase has hit another hitch but throwing myself down country lanes helps
