Had false start as first PDM (OBD2 dongle) was goosed, but RL were responsive, sent new one next day (could even speak to real humans on telephone to sort things out!)

Used smol laptop on passenger seat (propped up on box + multiple Cecilia Aherne novels borrowed from book swap in office next door) to apply maps with Ring smartcharger set for constant 13,8V supply to keep battery charged.

Was a bit nerve wracking as you get whole list of gnarly errors on the dashboard but they clear off afterwards.

Did get DSG error codes initially but again Racingline sent new DSG map next day, applied this and so far so good (car now has similar power level to entry level GolfR ) #cars #tuning

La mia #PSP non è solo #spaccata, mi sa, ormai penso che sia proprio #maledetta, escono #rogne su rogne… un #mannaggia ci vuole!!! 💀️

• Non lo avevo detto, ma poi quando ho visto con più calma dopo che mi arrivò lo #stick sostitutivo, ho scoperto che non va. #Testando col multimetro, mi accorgo che l’analogico in sè funziona, ma nella pratica è come se non facesse contatto nella #console, nonostante tutte le volte che ho provato a riposizionarlo. Probabilmente posso provare a saldarlo con dei fili sulla scheda madre, ma deve prima venirmi la voglia. Per ora sono quindi ancora senza levetta, e ho usato un plugin del #CFW (joysens) per far credere al sistema che lo stick sia in posizione centrale ed evitare falsi #input. ⛏️
• Mi mancano fin troppi #pezzi della scocca, e un sacco di viti… potrei comprarne una sostitutiva, ma ci sono solo i cloni in giro, e 20 euro per una di quelle mi secca, specialmente considerando che il web dice che sono di scarsa qualità (non so quanto scarsa). 🧱️
• Proprio ieri scopro che il #tasto L nemmeno funziona più. Un po’ ha funzionato qualche attimo, muovendolo forte nello spazio di alloggiamento sopra la #membrana, e poi ha smesso; mi sa che è morto del tutto. Che palle, che la stupida me di 2 mesi fa non ha pensato che forse anche la membrana di sinistra era ormai al suo limite, e non ha comprato una riserva per quella. Per fortuna non è un #problema urgente: ho trovato un altro #plugin (MacroFire) con cui rimappo la funzionalità di quel tasto ad un altro fisico (fisicamente funzionante ma personalmente inutile, quello per mutare al volo l’audio). 🤕️
