#KDE had made it so that holding down a letter key opens a pop-up for selecting alternate versions of that letter. Like on a touchscreen #keyboard.
Apparently Fedora turned this on by default 
To stop this, you have to uncheck Show popup when holding a key in the settings for the On-Screen Keyboard

MISKI@kr0n #Keyboard ...pues creo que me rindo con el layout que estaba buscando, parce que el mercado o quiere uno con el teclado numérico (me sobra 99% de los casos) o los compactos (como el que tengo, sin teclas F independientes) o como el tuyo (con teclas F). Así que voy a tirar por el tuyo, qué básicamente es como el que tengo pero con teclas F. Dicho esto, vayamos por partes, voy a copiar tu plan, pillar la base en Monsgeek y los switches/keycaps por otro sitio /cc @PabloAsekas
