I wanted a #redpepper for tonight's meal. #Sainsburys had plenty but I opted for one of the two remaining #yellowpepper over the final #greenpepper.

"Why didn't you get a red one?" I hear you ask.

Simple. Country of origin. Yellow and green from Spain, red from #israel. Heartening to see that it appears my fellow Borderers feel the same.

Lunch😋​
A medium green pepper diced and 1/4 onion diced. Saute in olive oil to desired state of mush. Dozen diced green olives, 8 diced dill pickle slices/chips. Two heaping spoons Whipped dressing and one heaped spoon of Thousand Island. Couple spoon fulls of canned chicken. Mix altogether. Spoon over a pre-cut slice of bread (bite sizes).
The cherry tomatoes and green pepper are fresh from the garden. Cucumber slices are from the store, can't grow them here (I've tried😑​).
Quite often use Honey Mustard instead of Thousand Island.
