Indoor tomato experiment is going well :)

These guys are ten weeks old and beginning to fruit! They are in an east facing window and under 240 watt grow lights. They are staked, fertilized when I remember to, have a fan for 12 hours, and hand pollinated every morning with an electric toothbrush 😊 for anyone who thinks no land/porch = no [...]

11° Celsius this morning (so far - it dropped a degree within the last half hour) & it’s been raining off & on since we had storms last night.

#Woolies has been & my freezer & pantry have been restocked.

#Tomato plants aren’t looking that happy but the #sheep & #alpacas are.

Very noticeable increase in the alpacas fleece the last couple of weeks. Hmmm.

Do you remember the tomato "Black Roma" from #39c3, the nearly black F1 crossing of Vivarona and Sun Black? The generation F2 already develops purple color. 🌱
