Part of my hearty #AsianBreakfast today is chai tow kway -> savoury #radish cake. I had it #TeochewViet style - fried, without eggs & with nuoc cham sauce poured over them.
When I do them traditional Teochew Chinese style, we fry them with eggs & eat them with a soy sauce/red vinegar/chili sauce blend.
Asher had breakfast earlier & was keeping my seat warm πΈ
