Last night, I made a classic #Vietnamese traditional family dish, fried #pomfret #fish with #GreenMango salad & eaten with nuoc cham sauce poured over. Me & Mom love this simple dish. You want green mangoes that aren't fully ripened & are a bit sour to the taste. That semi-sweet, sour mango flavour balances out the fried fish & nuoc cham sauce flavours. It's really tasty & simple to make.
