Of my top #music artists, I have all the, non-live, albums of most of them. I’m missing a few Cure Albums, and Wumpscut's later works lost my interest—I only have a few of the newer ones. and the rest of the 12, I have all the studio albums.

Skinny Puppy is probably my favorite band followed closely by In Strict Confidence. Oddly Imperative Reaction isn't in the top 15, it’s #23 on my list.

The new #Apple #Macbook Neo looks tempting, but it doesn’t have enough storage: 1TB should be the minimum size for everything. We’ve been at 1TB+ for a decade, but manufacturers are cheap, I don’t expect Apple to be any different — that is unless they wanted to crush the competition. Who knows: I might buy one and have 3 laptops • I currently have a 16” MBP & a 15” Macbook Air. The Pro has 4TB built in & the MBA has 1TB which can hold most of my music collection. If I jettison all the crappy #songs I can get it down to about 300GB. If I only had songs I wanted to #DJ with it would probably only be a 150GB, so a #MacbookNeo might be a good option for me.

The UAW stands for freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, and human dignity no matter where you were born, what language you speak, or the color of your skin. We will not tolerate a government that attacks working class people’s constitutional and human rights.

It is the working class that makes society run, and it is the working class that can shut it down if need be. On January 23rd, working class people will demonstrate that power in Minnesota, and the UAW has their back.

There is a certain amount of enshittification creeping into #apple and it goes trough luring people into getting an apple fitness+ subscription by displaying badges and an “uncancelable” dialog for which you either have to go through of force close the app. Really great, really great
