Also das mit Einordnung darf man wohl nicht können, wenn man beim ÖR angestellt ist?

…also im Schnitt haben mehr Landbewohner eines, als bei den Stadtbewohnern. Yay! Einfach mal genau verkehrt herum dargestellt im Video.

Ansonsten (alle) genannten Argumente gegen das Deutschlandticket:

- es gibt Leute denen es nichts bringt
- ist zu teuer?

Ja danke, dann können wir jetzt auch Krankenkassen, Schulen und Polizei abschaffen - ich bin weder Schüler, krank noch in den letzten 10 Jahren in Verbrechen verwickelt gewesen. Und wir argumentieren ja scheinbar heute auf dem Niveau?

Und keiner fordert mehr dass wir zum (deutlich erfolgreicheren) 9€-Ticket oder ganz zu fahrscheinlosem ÖPNV wechseln?

Zum Glück kommt wenigstens auch ein Experte zu Wort, der wenigstens mal 5min über die realen Probleme nachgedacht hat. (statt Abschaffen: Einfacher machen, Digitalzwang weg, Vereinheitlichen!)

3.000€ hört sich viel an, jedoch entfällt das bisherige Familiengeld!

Eltern erhielten bisher mindestens 6.000€. Zusätzlich gab es das einkommensabhängige Krippengeld in Höhe von bis zu 2.400€ in zwei Jahren. Wer Anspruch auf diese Leistung hatte, bekommt also 3.000€ statt bis zu 8.400€ - das entspricht bei Menschen mit niedrigen Einkommen einer Kürzung um bis zu zwei Drittel.

Would you like another prediction?

Generative AI as we know it is a bubble.

It’s unsustainable.

Relying on it now will result in very expensive work to undo that damage in years to come. And we’re going to live with the accuracy debt for decades.

We are going to have an enormous skills and critical thinking shortage in the very near future, once the layoffs have slowed, and organisations start to cave in under the weight of their own shortsightedness.

Consultancy demand will go through the roof for people who actually know what they’re doing, attracting large salaries, and many won’t be able to afford this, dooming them further. There will be some bittersweet justice in those being laid off picking up the big money.

Vendors will transition to alternative technologies while trying to convince us that the technology is improving and AGI is just around the corner. They’re selling you something they haven’t figured out yet, and you won’t be able to afford (or will likely be dead) when it does actually arrive.

Alternative technologies will continue to be researched, and progress will be made. But they’re not the same thing, don’t let them fool you.

@geogoeroe @stephenserjeant I learned to drive and got my licence in 2018/2019, just as Brexit was starting to be implemented. I got one of the last licences with the 12 star flag and every time I look at it it reminds me what we have lost.

The mechanic next door to my work rarely discusses politics as he's in an area which heavily supported Brexit, but more and more agrees with me it has been a disaster, as he ends up with vehicles in the yard waiting weeks/months for parts that were available within days when we were in the EU..

Although I think a lot of it was simply wishful thinking, not predictions in any real sense.

It was all wrong. Of course, some of the people - like Hannan - are actual stupid enough to have believed it.

If you examine the geological record in certain places, take a deep core sample, you can clearly see a living record of when the asteroid hit that killed the dinosaurs.

Do the same to a Scot and you'll find similar records of Indyref and Brexit written in their cells, days that tore us in twain. The days after both were among the blackest I've ever lived through; everyone felt it.
