I'm also starting new a medication today, something to go along with my SSRI to help combat its side effects, because... Damn, wow, they're bad and they've slowly been getting worse, but the SSRI is helping my anxiety and depression so much. My resting heart rate went from 88 down to 61, so you can see the difference. It's a huge change for me, and I'm so thankful for it. Crossing my fingers that the medication helps me.

I found a 50 inch Samsung TV (GU50CU7179U) in the trash and brought it back to see if it works. It turns on but the backlight flashes on and off. Has anyone replaced the LED strips in a flatscreen before?

Seriously, I mean, it is such a gift to have it. The fact that I can download all software I need from the internet, for free, legally, to make my computer work - and it’s arguably as good or better for the most part on the desktop than any commercial option - is nothing short of a miracle in this age of surveillance and enshittification.
