Days since I had to report a major Canadian retailer to their marketing mail host for not honouring marketing communications preferences, sending non-working links for "manage your preferences" or "unsubscribe", having a non-working link in the List-Help: header of an unsolicited marketing email, and having a website that errors out when trying to use the "contact us" function:

For some reason, my work email spams have taken a sudden switch to the theme of recipes this past week.
"Creamy scrambled eggs with ham".
"Tuna and chickpea salad".
"Pumpkin pancakes".
"Steak and kidney pie".
"Crusted salmon".
As distractions go, it's ... not unpleasant, I'll say that for it ;)
Trying something new with #GitHub and posting my spam #UCE #UBE and suspect / #malicious #emails and their associated attachments. Putting everything in a #mastodon post was problematic with space limitations, and was hard to find/organize/search.
Providing the redacted headers and URLs to the malware sandboxes used:

Both were sent to the email address I use for threat intel & incident response collaboration efforts.
