Bethesda.net needs to upgrade from 2008 & get with the times.

A support ticket is eventually expired & there's no delete option for an expired ticket, well for a US citizen.
Personal Information Protection & Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law, regulating how businesses collect, use, & disclose personal information during commercial activity.

So every time a ticket is expired I invoke PIPEDA to clear my ticket history?

OTTAWA - The Privacy Commissioner of Canada today held a press conference regarding the digital attack on Telus Canada's networks and information systems. Telus recently announced that attackers had claimed to have exfiltrated nearly 1 petabyte of company data, including customer data, equivalent to approximately 250,000 DVD movies.

The Commissioner announced a full investigation will take place. He also indicated that Canadian consumers should not be excessively worried about the breach of their personally identifiable information (PII), as the attackers will still be obligated to follow the requirements of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada's data privacy law since passage in 2000.

Days since I had to report a major Canadian retailer to their marketing mail host for not honouring marketing communications preferences, sending non-working links for "manage your preferences" or "unsubscribe", having a non-working link in the List-Help: header of an unsolicited marketing email, and having a website that errors out when trying to use the "contact us" function:
