Anyone familiar with London restaurants, I need help!

It's my nestie's birthday in a couple of months and we're going to be in the capital, so I thought why not have a lovely, special dinner there. Trouble is, I cannot decide where.

Any recommendations for a special, indulgent meal somewhere near Soho or Covent Garden? Their favourite cuisines are Italian, French, and Korean. Preferably not £££ 🙏
