Christian AlvarezM Test Kitchen, an Asian Fusion restaurant in the Fenton shopping district in Cary, NC. They have a rotating menu so you'll always get something new each time you visit. Reservations are highly recommended! I managed to get an empty shot of the bar area as we got there right as they opened, and a few minutes later, the whole bar seating was packed! The beer featured on the third photo is a Sapporo. The drink on the forth photo is a Japanese take on a Hot Toddy, perfect for a cold evening out! Shot in January 2025.
